Our client is the cooperation of the social services of the four large municipalities of the Netherlands. In this cooperation, the service to citizens is central. With our products and services we automate and digitize the work processes of municipal officials and support citizens who are dependent on the government. We do this by designing, developing and managing smart ICT solutions. xRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) is the platform on which our latest product is being developed. This makes xRM an important, but also new technology, for Wigo4it. We want to develop ourselves in this, something for which we need talent with technical knowledge and skills. Are you the driving force behind new functionality?
As a Lead xRM Developer, your goal is to draw up and maintain technical system specifications and to realize the software. You also supervise crucial test processes using test driven management to ensure that everything runs smoothly. To be able to make a correct diagnosis in case of problems and to create workable alternative solutions, you use your knowledge of infrastructure.
As a developer you are the point of contact for Microsoft and other experts in solving complex issues or having tested developed solutions.
The development department consists of about 100 colleagues: together you are responsible for the realization of new xRM applications and their management and maintenance. Analysts, developers, testers and administrators design new functionalities or adjustments based on customer expectations. A close collaboration with the customer and your colleagues from other departments is therefore key.
